The browser converter is live. You can use three statements free, pay online, receive the key by email, use the full converter, and manage or cancel billing. The Google Sheets add-on is a separate distribution surface and is not public until Google approves it.
What the product does
Statement to Sheets reads a PDF bank statement, turns the text into draft transaction rows, marks rows that need a closer look, and checks the rows against printed opening and closing balances when it can. The website lets you download or copy the rows. The Google Sheets add-on shows a preview and writes only a confirmed result to a new sheet.
What it does not do
It is not accounting software, a bookkeeping service, an audit, tax advice, or financial advice. It does not know whether the bank statement itself is correct. You must review the rows before relying on them.
Your files
You must have the right to use every statement you open. On the website, the document is processed on your device and is not uploaded to us. In the Google Sheets add-on, Google Drive converts the selected PDF inside your Google account and the add-on deletes the temporary Google Doc after export. Ace Foundry does not receive the PDF, extracted text, account data, rows, or balances.
Free use and licences
The first three successfully read statements are free in each website browser profile. The first three successful sheet writes are free for each Google add-on user. A paid key unlocks continued use while the licence is current. Keep the key private. A key may be checked against our server and may stop working after the paid term ends.
Prices, renewal, and cancellation
The annual plan is $79 per year. The monthly plan is $12 per month. Both renew automatically until cancelled. Use the billing link on statementsheets.app or in your purchase email to open Stripe's secure billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid term, and you keep access until then.
Refunds
If the converter cannot read your statement or the product was not what the page described, email hello@statementsheets.app within 30 days of the first charge for a refund. Renewal charges can be refunded when requested within 7 days and the renewed term has not been substantially used.
Availability and responsibility
PDF layouts and scan quality vary. We work to keep the product available and accurate, but we do not promise that every statement will parse perfectly or that service will never be interrupted. To the extent the law allows, liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product in the prior 12 months.
