What the product does

Statement to Sheets turns a PDF bank statement into draft rows in the Google Sheet you have open. It uses Google Drive's text recognition inside your Google account, shows a preview, and checks extracted totals against opening and closing balances printed on the statement.

What it does not do

It is not accounting software, a bookkeeping service, an audit, or financial advice. It does not know whether the bank statement is correct, choose ledger categories, reconcile your books, file taxes, or approve an entry. You must review the preview and the finished sheet before relying on it.

Your Google account

You choose the file and the sheet. You must have the right to use the documents you select. Do not use the add-on to access another person's account or records without permission. Google controls account access and may change or end APIs the add-on needs.

Privacy

The statement, extracted text, and rows stay inside your Google account. The licence key is the only value sent to our server. Read the privacy policy for the exact flow and Google API Limited Use disclosure.

When sales open

The page will show the price, renewal period, cancellation method, and refund terms beside checkout before payment is accepted. No current page authorizes a charge.
