See every row before you write it. Statement to Sheets shows the proposed transactions, skipped lines, warnings, and balance check before anything reaches your spreadsheet.
Getting started in Google Sheets
- Open the Google Sheet where you want the result.
- Choose Extensions → Statement to Sheets → Import a statement….
- Select one PDF bank statement from Google Drive.
- Review every row, warning, skipped line, and the balance comparison.
- Confirm the write. The add-on creates a new sheet and leaves existing cells alone.
Using the website
Open the browser converter, choose one PDF, review the result, then copy or download the rows. The browser converter processes the file on your device.
If the product refuses the statement
The refusal protects the result. Statement to Sheets stops on unsupported or multi-account PDFs, unresolved date order, unsafe row counts, expired previews, and platform errors that make the output incomplete. Try a clearer single-account PDF or correct the highlighted choice. Do not rely on a partial import.
Privacy
The website reads the PDF on your device. The Google Sheets add-on uses Google Drive inside your Google account. Ace Foundry does not receive the PDF, extracted text, transactions, account details, or balances. Only a licence key is sent to the licence service. Read the full privacy policy.
Licence and billing
Three successful statements are included. Continued use is $12 per month or $79 per year. Stripe handles checkout and the self-serve billing portal. Cancelling stops future renewal; it does not remove sheets or files you already created.
